I know it doesn’t feel like it. You’re busy, you’re stressed, you have a demanding job (or two), you have kids or a family that depends on you. You do not have time for complicated meal plans or intense workouts. You’re having all these symptoms: cravings, fatigue, acne, anxiety/depression…and you’re told “just lose weight!”, as if you haven’t tried.

But there is a way. You can lose weight, feel better both physically and mentally, and reclaim your life. You can reduce or eliminate PCOS symptoms, or reverse your pre-diabetes numbers. You can gain the confidence to live your life as you choose, and gain the health you need to be present for it.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I’m here to put control back into your hands. As your coach, I’ll help you cut through all the BS to find what truly works for you and your body. About Me

Hi - I'm Michelle!

I’m a health coach, dog mom, and avid lover of all things coffee.

I also have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome).

I was diagnosed in 2020. I’ve struggled with my health and my weight for most of my life. It took almost a decade to find a doctor that would listen to my concerns, and after being diagnosed, I thought I would find relief. What I ended up with was confusion, frustration, and complete overwhelm. So when I say I’ve been where you are, girl, I mean it. 

I’ve spend the last few years studying nutrition and hormone health, and lots of trial and error figuring out what worked. I lost ten pounds, my skin cleared up, and I had more energy – my PCOS symptoms improved!

Since then I’ve taken everything that I’ve learned and created a simple system that’s made my PCOS life easier. I knew I had to share what I learned, and I decided to put this system in the hands of other women going through the same struggles and give them the tools to make the best choices for their body.

That’s how Empowered Nutrition came to be!
