I’m so glad you’re here. This hub is where you’ll find your entire video curriculum, with additional resources along the way to help you out as you venture forth on your health journey. On the left you can see your progress through the course, as well as an outline of the curriculum once you begin. When paired with the calendar, the Academy will take about 18 weeks from start to finish, but of course you can take all the time you need as it is entirely self-guided. You can also come back to any lesson as needed.
